Welcome to CQUniversity's Records and Archives Office

The Records and Archives Office is responsible for the efficient and effective management of corporate information throughout the University. 

Situated in the Rockhampton Library building (Bruce Hiskens Building), the Records and Archives Office works with staff from all areas of the University to ensure University records are appropriately managed from creation to destruction.

The Records and Archives Office also provides advice and training for University staff on records management topics such as:

  • best-practice recordkeeping practices and strategies
  • retention periods for records
  • appropriate disposal of records
  • accessing and using TRIM, CQUniversity's corporate recordkeeping system.
